-Full payments are rendered at the beginning of the session No exceptions.

-A 50% deposit is required to book a session with me. 80% if outside New York City. The deposit will go towards your session. Please pay via cash app.

-A photos of yourself & additional party if present is required after booking.

-No sexual interactions.

-You must let me know if there's going to be another person around during the session.

-You must tell me before appointed time if we're traveling any different (i.e. another state, someone's residence, party, etc.)

-Travel that's outside the New York City is and additional $20 fee.

-If you are a chain/heavy (cigarettes) or areas where the session is going to take place has a strong odor of cigarettes. Please do not book. *sorry*.

-Must have decent hygiene.

-Please schedule ahead of time. The likelihood of same day appointment is slim to nothing.

-Any other activity that involves payment (i.e. movies, shopping, gym, etc.) you are responsible for your own payment.

-No recording or pictures allowed.
