Cuddling releases all kinds of happy brain chemicals for you and for me, I love it. I love deep pressure touch, spooning, tangled limbs and sinking into deep cozy vibes. My favorite moments are the ones where our breathing falls into sync without effort. I love providing a regulating presence and I'm happy to give massage like touch (not massage therapy, I am not a massage therapist). Its always surprising just how fast a cuddle session goes by.
