I have been doing a lot of cuddle parties and workshops (Stella's and Anna's mostly and some meetup ones) and did some individual cuddle therapy and used to have a cuddle buddy before the lockdown
Healthy touch can't be substituted for anything. It's part of my nature to be social and connected with people. And touch fills that need unlike anything else
It's different having a cuddle buddy versus doing a cuddle therapy session. I find being more relaxed, as there's no time pressure of the hour running up
