Hey! My name is Allison! The high country of Colorado has been my home for over ten years now. I work full time year round as a bartender and also work part time at a ski shop in the winter.

In the winter, I enjoy snowboarding, going to hockey games, live music, watching football and pretending that I know what I’m doing in my fantasy league, visiting the hot springs, and doing my best to keep all of my plants alive.

In the summer, my biggest passion is white water paddle boarding the rivers with my friends. I also love golf, playing for my bar league softball team, hiking, camping, catching a few Red Rocks shows, exploring the Utah desert, baseball games, and lots more.

I genuinely believe that physical touch is vital for our physical and mental health. The smallest touch can help me feel less anxious, more calm, less isolated, and much less lonely. Simply holding a hand, getting a big hug, or just sitting beside someone in silence…these small gestures can make a very big difference.

I have experienced a lot of loss throughout my life, and have experienced some very low lows…and I have gone through a lot of this alone. I didn’t have the support that I needed…and sometimes all I needed was someone to just hold me and tell me I am going to be okay.

I would love to be there for someone who is suffering or going through a hard time in their life, just to let them know that they are loved, that they matter, and that they are not alone.
