Physical touch is so important. I was in a long marriage where after about 6 years, we had little to no physical contact. It led to us each looking for this elsewhere, and that quickly becomes an issue. I will not make that mistake again! Some people need it and crave it more than others and I am definitely one of those people. I’ve always had a caregiver attitude, my entire life in one way or another. So if I can do something so simple to help someone else, while also benefitting from it, why not ? I truly believe lack of physical touch leads to issues in every area of your life. Don’t be afraid or nervous! And if you are, don’t let that stop you! It will get easier as time progresses! ❤️ I’m all about sharing and spreading the love!
