I discovered cuddling with friends (rather than only partners) through Moving Connections (kind of an ecstatic dance crossed with cuddle party) a couple of years back. Since then, I've been to a bunch of cuddle parties, met some lovely people, and introduced the concept to a few close friends. It's been transformative.

I'm normally extremely active; cuddling, for me, is a way to slow down and be entirely present. I'm also a fan of yoga, meditation and long walks, but there's something unique about the presence of another person that lets me shift my energy from "OK, let's do this!" to "... and breathe". That's been super important for me.

I really enjoy the communication side as well, working together to solve the jigsaw puzzle of "how do we make this perfectly comfortable?", and learning people's individual quirks via "how's that?" and "actually, could you..". (Spoiler: head scritches are _great_).

Logistics: Initially, we could meet up at Moving Connections or something like it, or just go for a cuppa somewhere convenient. If it seems like a good fit, I have wheels and a fair bit of flexibility in my work schedule, as well as a comfy sofa. (I live with my partner; she's 1000% onboard).
