It's important to me that you feel safe and comfortable. I'm calm, patient, funny, easy going, attentive and compassionate. I'm also frank, analytical, thoughtful, creative, and sometimes a bit too literal.

I live humbly in a small apartment on S. Higuera St. I prioritize an office and a living room for music, TV, and board games with friends over having a proper bedroom (I sleep on a roll out mat, Japanese style).

My tastes in music and movies range far and wide. I love sharing things that I like with people, and watching or listening to things that they want to show me.

I like things that make me think or feel something. That could mean something funny, feel good, exciting, romantic, hopeful, etc.

Some of my favorite movies include serious things like Playing by Heart, Good Will Hunting, and As Good as It Gets, but also goofy things like A Knight's Tale and Princess Bride. I recently watched the epic action, adventure, musical, drama, comedy: RRR at the Palm with a friend. That was a great experience.

I depend a lot on visual and auditory cues to understand other people, so if you think we might be a fit I'd lean toward meeting in person for tea or ice cream over getting to know you online.
