I'm a part-time single dad with a 10-year old daughter who lives out of state, and a growing business I'm passionate about.
My primary love language is touch.
I enjoy yoga, partner yoga, therapeutic acro yoga, hiking, and swimming. I love giving and receiving massages and have informal training in basic Swedish and Thai massage techniques.
Personal development and authentic communication are important to me.
I eat healthy foods and prefer authentic conversations (or silence) to superficial banter.
