About me
My friends describe me and fiercely loyal and a great listener. I’m always there for the people I love and care about.
I love cuddling because of the closeness it provides and sometimes let’s face it you just need a hug. When we cuddle we let ourselves become vulnerable and allow the benefits into our space.
Some of these benefits are:
- Cuddling boosts the immune system and helps prevent the body from developing infections.
- Cuddling acts like a painkiller. ...
- Oxytocin is a feel-good hormone released when we cuddle.
- When we hug someone in social situations, anxiety can be reduced and helps increase our self-confidence.
By cuddling, we're admitting we're human and we have this basic, genetic need for touch. It's a characteristic of our DNA—we live in groups; we need each other. Cuddling makes us feel very safe and close.
