Welcome! I'm so happy that you found my page. I offer 1 -1 yoga and platonic touch coaching sessions.


I work with people who are ready to discover more of themselves and to bring more passion and connection into their lives. You may be starting over in life, or recovering after a painful breakup. You might not be sure about what you want, but you know you're ready for a new narrative. A long-held pattern of living in "survival" or "busy" mode may be blocking you from genuinely hearing your desires and bringing them fully to fruition. Or, maybe you're a busy professional and living from your head, and you haven't been able to slow down long enough to notice that you haven't been filling your own cup and tending to your need to connect, to be nurtured, and to have someone simply care for you.

First, you have to be IN your body to identify, understand, and respond appropriately to the patterns of internal signals that are going on inside of you. We're not taught to slow down often, and to notice what our body sensations tell us. This is my invitation to you. I'm a gentle guide who isn't seeking to give you the answers. Instead, I will to help you open the door wider to your own body's wisdom, and to find a deeper connection within yourself.

Whatever reason that brings you here today, it is important to acknowledge that we're wired to connect, and that human touch is a necessary and beautiful thing. I provide a warm, lighthearted, compassionate, and non-judgemental space for you to show up exactly as you are without having to move, fade, or fix anything about yourself. ALL of you is welcome here.

I'm a yoga coach that is also trauma-informed. I've trained extensively with the Wheel of Consent, and my specialty is guiding clients to practice communicating their own desires, as well as to notice their limits through platonic touch-based exercises.

Whether you're simply looking for a cuddling session to drop in and be nurtured, a tune-up on your communication and relating skills, or a deeper experience within yourself, I provide a wide range of embodiment, somatic, and relating skills to give you the best possible experience for your session.
