I like cuddling because it provides closeness, care, and comfort. Cuddling can be good for mental health, grief, loneliness, depression and anxiety.

How you cuddle with someone should be talked about before the session begins so there’s no confusion and expectations are set. Cuddling on the couch while watching a comedy is my favorite thing to do because you’re laughing together and smiles are definitely contagious.
