Cuddle Therapy goes beyond hugs; training is essential for a safe, meaningful experience. I began over three years ago with an online course at Cuddle Sanctuary, learning empathic listening and working with diverse clients. A year later, I certified with Cuddlist, expanding my skills. I am as professional as can be, this is not a side hussle, this is my passion. CD has enormous potential to change lives if conducted correctly. I know its changed mine.

In 2018, discovering Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent reshaped my approach to touch, pleasure, and boundaries. By 2022, I pursued formal training at The School of Consent, completing their Like A Pro program and the Working With Groups course. I now bring this expertise to my sessions, emphasizing ethics, consent, and client empowerment.

When I'm not cuddling, I’m out vending at festivals, spreading the love with cacao, or running workshops on consent.

I’m all about living life to the fullest—whether it’s yoga, tantra, somatic healing, or exploring consciousness and nutrition. I'm an open book and love chatting about anything and everything—nothing’s off-limits! Authentic connection is my jam, and I even use circling games during sessions for those who are into it. Let’s make our time together as fun, relaxing and meaningful as possible.
