I’m a Certified Relationship & Intimacy Coach, Educator, and Speaker with over 15 years of experience holding space for others with compassion, emotional clarity, and grounding presence. I have a deep understanding of the parasympathetic nervous system and how vital nervous system regulation, safety, and touch are to our overall well-being.

My sessions are warm, respectful, and restorative. Whether you’re navigating stress, loneliness, or just need the presence of someone who truly listens—I create a serene space where you can relax and simply be.

I also offer companionship/public sessions such as:

• Dinner or coffee meetups
• Movies or art events

• I offer a video call (free) before first-time in-person sessions for mutual comfort

• Payment is due upfront at the beginning of the session (Cash or Zelle only)

My time and energy are valuable. If you’re running late, please communicate. After 10 minutes without contact, it will be considered a no-show.

I do not tolerate late cancellations or no-shows. Consistency, honesty, and communication are a sign of mutual respect.
