Kiddin. I absolutely LOVE cuddling and everything about it. It's a magical prehistoric practice that serves countless purposes. It provides warmth and comfort. It promotes feelings of safety and security. It builds trust. Oxytocin is nature's antidepressant! We see it everywhere in nature, from cat videos on YouTube to giant snake cuddle balls to prevent death by freezing in the winter. It literally saves lives. It's impossible for me to overstate the value of cuddling as a foundation for a healthy and fulfilling life

I also melt for high quality head rubs. Something as simple as intertwined legs while enjoying soothing spiritual nature music really puts me in the zone. Please grace me with a gentle wrap almost like the swaddling of a baby to whisk me away to relaxation bliss. Watching comedy in all shapes and sizes is my favorite ice-breaker too.
