Having been on this place called earth for 3 decades I often find that it is easy to become overwhelmed and feel underappreciated. One of the best ways to recharge and regain control is by the act of physical touch. As a healthcare worker I have found that best medicine does not come in the form of any pill or shot. The most joy and fulfilment is delivered in the art of touch, active listening, and positive freqency exchange.
