In these times of great uncertainty, deep loneliness, and the seemingly relentless pressures of modern life, it’s more important than ever that we feed our body’s needs for loving, nourishing platonic touch!

Touch is like food. You can put as much energy into it as you want, make it into a high art form, or you can cram it in on the way to work while you’re looking at your phone. But either way, you have to eat! So why not treat yourself to a delicious, gourmet meal and savor every bit of it?

I have always been a cuddler. I just don’t feel right if I’m not in loving physical contact with at least one other human. I love people and I love bodies, and I am constantly amazed at the transformative impact nourishing touch can have on a person’s life.

My cuddle sessions are therapeutic in nature, meaning that I take my time to get to know you and your desires, needs, and goals for the session. I want to know what brought you here and what you hope to get out of it. I then guide us through a series of embodiment exercises, tailored to your specific needs, to allow us to drop in and fully receive the benefits of our cuddle experience. Once we are fully present, I will gently guide us through a process of consent exploration, discovering what is a “hell yes!” For each of us and where that feeling overlaps. And then, of course, we cuddle, relishing in the deliciousness of physical intimacy and the knowledge that we are both fully present and consenting to what is happening.

I can host in-call sessions in a beautiful private space in Asheville for an additional fee, or we can cuddle in your home. I also love being out in nature, so if the weather allows we can cuddle outdoors as well!
