My friends would describe me as a caring person who is very driven and open to learning new things.

I am a therapist by trade and I have a Doctorate in Social Work, a Master degree in Social Work, Bachelor in Sociology and a Peer Recovery Mentor.

I know from evidence based practice and research that touch is a necessary healing tool for living beings. I have volunteered to assist with newborns born with addictions, completed group for persons experiencing grief and veterans living with trauma…touch is common in all these types of modalities on the way to self care.

I cuddle more with a want to provide the energy and space for the goals at hand. I am just a vessel to support those who need support. A simple hand being held, a long hug, or a lying appropriate side hug helps with stabilizing emotional states in this ever changing world.

Many men often have a difficult time differentiating between cuddling and sex. Please understand this is not a emotional/dating opportunity.
