My background in somatic therapies and wellness is naturally infused in my sessions with grounded presence. I bring intuitive attention that helps you drop your armour and arrive just as you are. There’s no need to perform here. You’re welcome to arrive and be led and let go of control. For many, that alone is a profound relief.
