As a trained Cuddlist and Touch Practitioner, I will come to your home, or meet at a nearby park, clean and free of fragrances, with my comfortable floor mat and hypo-allergenic pillows. I’ll also bring soft, soothing music playlists for you to choose from to help you relax. You will decide how you’d like to cuddle, within the boundaries of safe touch. From simply sitting next to each other touching our shoulders to nurturing ‘spooning’ hugs, we will work together on your specific goals in a safe, judgment-free environment, and get you back to feeling better.
