Hey everybody! A little about me, I trained as a professional cuddler where I learned and practiced cuddling as an act of self-care, compassion, and important community work. I hold many positions but they are all about creating caring and trauma-informed brave spaces for people to get the healing they need. I look forward to curating this space for you!

Sessions can be guided including breathwork to start, identifying how you want to feel, a series of cuddle positions that support the body in different ways, closing with a reflection.

Sessions can also be a chill time to watch a movie, read or listen to a book, play a game, take a walk, etc
