I am a fluffy beam of light! I believe in cuddle therapy because I too was an adult that went long periods of time without physical touch...a human connection. It is life-changing to hold someone's hand and to just be in the moment -sharing about each other with one another. I believe a hug can save you. I am a spiritual person, very nonjudgmental, fluid, and open-minded.
