My friends would describe as warm, compassionate, witty and very funny.
As a somatic coach, I understand the very real benefits of cuddling and I am very passionate about using touch as a way to help people feel a deep sense of being held and connected.

I can say without exaggeration that I am addicted to the melty, embodied and relaxed feeling that cuddling offers, and I want to share this medicine with the whole world :).

I tailor my sessions to the clients needs though I generally like to include integrating massage (I am a LMT), connection exercises and gentle breathing techniques that helps your nervous system melt into safety and relaxation.

Safety, consent and communication are my foundational pieces, and as a relationship and cuddle coach I love guiding people to receive the kind of energy and touches that would feel best for them.
