When I became aware of CuddleComfort, I was like, "Where have you been all my life?" Lol! Kidding aside, so many people justify the benefits of cuddling in the science of the release of Oxytocin and other feel-good hormones. To me, the release of these hormones is actually the effect of a much deeper causation, one deeply rooted in heart intelligence and other intelligences in the body. These areas of the body are now scientifically proven to have brain cells, something many of us have already intuitively known all our lives. I believe we are evolving in consciousness to the realization that individualism no longer holds sway as much as it used to. We are now effectively becoming ever more collectively oriented and fulfilling ourselves as part of a greater whole. That is perhaps one of these causations that lead to so many health benefits in cuddling. When boundaries are upheld and a rapport is built, we get to integrate and connect as one, the very energetic that leads us to become deeply fulfilled in the experience.

We have now also understood ever more that reality is vibrational. This realization has profound implications for something like cuddling and healing. Healing is something we are actually always doing and can be very intimately related to cuddling. Essentially, I believe cuddling is energetic, and when there is a loving disposition within healthy boundaries, the experience can be wonderful. A virtuous vortex of uplifting energy is established that is supremely beneficial and restorative.
