I’m a compassionate, sensitive, curious person, and I have always felt we are more connected to each other than we realize. Leaning into that connection can help us thrive on a personal and on a collective level.

I hope that our cuddling sessions will help you feel more balanced within your body, develop your sense of psychological safety, and empower you to express your wants and needs honestly and authentically.

We would be a good pairing for cuddle therapy if you experience one or more of the following:

*If you're looking for a relaxing platonic touch experience as a (scientifically proven) form of self-care and full-body relaxation

*If you're working to improve your body image and your relationship with your body

*If you've been single for an extended period of time, and find yourself experiencing anxiety and depression, leading to a sense of disconnection with yourself, or unease around connecting with new people

*If you struggle with people-pleasing, or find yourself repeatedly putting your needs last, only to feel taken for granted

*If you have a hard time expressing your needs or desires, perhaps due to a fear of judgement, or feel like an outsider due to not “fitting the mold”

*If you are recovering from a major break-up or loss of a loved one, and wish to have a supportive space to process your grief

*If you come from a background of traumatic experience, be it in childhood or more recently, and are seeking a trauma-informed healing environment to process the emotions that may come up
