About me
I believe the best cuddle sessions happen when both people feel safe, relaxed, and connected. For me, cuddling is a way to slow down, breathe deeply, and quiet the mind. It helps calm my nervous system and brings me back into balance. I find human touch and close presence to be incredibly grounding and healing.
I also love the dance between stimulating conversation and comfortable silence—both have their place, and I enjoy when things flow naturally.
Some of my favorite ways to recharge include backpacking, canoeing, and riding my motorcycle. Cooking is my creative playground, and I love sharing meals with people I care about.
