I offer grounded, attuned presence and intentional, consent based touch that supports nervous system regulation, ease, and a felt sense of safety in the body. My work is informed by somatic experiencing principles and nervous system regulation practices.
People often describe feeling instantly calmer, more open, and deeply at home in themselves in my presence.
Cuddle sessions are slow, respectful, and non $exual. They are designed for co regulation, grounding, and emotional ease through safe, intentional human connection.
I also offer virtual sessions for grounding support, presence based connection, and nervous system regulation.
All sessions begin with a $55 virtual meet & greet to ensure clarity, alignment, and intentional use of time/space.

I was lucky enough to get an in person session with Grounded Space and I thoroughly enjoyed the session. Setting up the session was easy, especially in light of her just getting back into in person cuddling, and she was very accommodating with her travel time and schedule.
I enjoyed our time together and felt that I could easily communicate with her and, at the same time, sit in quiet.
And, I was lucky enough to catch her with the curly hair and that was an added bonus.
I don't know if I'll ever be back in the Grafton/Milwaukee area, but if I am, she'll be the first to know.

Absolutely great virtual session with GroundedSpace! She makes every effort to stay engaged to and present throughout the session and is great at putting you at ease right away. Time completely flew
