I started my platonic touch journey as a client in 2022. I found myself missing the oxytocin that is released when I experience the comfort and support of consensual, platonic cuddling such as snuggling up to watch a movie, having a supportive arm around my shoulder, receiving a restorative hug that lasts as long as I need it to, a comforting hand to hold mine, or a shoulder to cry on. I missed these immensely.

I began seeing professional Cuddlists and going to cuddle and consent events. In 2025 I started hosting consent and cuddle events and volunteered at Cuddle Con in Bethesda in 2026.

I now offer consent based platonic touch support to those who are looking to add it to their healing journey. My practice is strictly platonic and therapeutic. My ideal clients are in other forms of therapies and adding platonic touch as a supplemental support.
