My best friend would describe me as a sensitive, intelligent, creative, sexy goofball, who brings joyful energy and play and dance wherever I go.
I like to cuddle because I like to be in my body, in my sensuality, in my receptive feeling state. I also like to help people be in their bodies and find nourishment and comfort when that is needed.
I cuddle with a lot of experience in being embodied, so I’m comfortable in my own skin, comfortable asking for what I want and encouraging a consent based experience, of both people being in their yes, and navigating how to say no or ask for something different. I teach Cuddle Skills, in how to be more present in body to body contact, how to have a more fun and playful cuddle through different movement activities, and how to be more present and get out of the mind when people get stuck there. It is my pleasure to help people open up to their comfort, ease and pleasure!
