I genuinely love people, I'm into spiritual stuff (e.g. Buddhism, energy medicine) and well-being, and I have a Diploma (a third of a degree) in counselling and psychotherapy. I plan to develop skills in other touch modalities in 2026 to enable me to treat trauma. I believe touch and connection is vital for mental and physical health, not only for babies but for all social creatures at any age.
Touch therapy/companionship can take many forms, from meeting in a cafe to talk, possibly hold hands, to going on an outing together, or silently snuggling.
I am available in Toowoomba and also hopefully more often in Brisbane and Noosa this year. Please get in touch if I can help brighten your day.
