Hi. I often sing or hum to my cuddle clients. I've been singing my whole life & am a professional, paid singer & musician. For reference, I trained in opera, jazz, musical-theatre, and pop music.
I'm also into light-hearted, playful or quiet cuddling.

I'm also really into meditation, community-building, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical wellness/health, personal hygiene, music (write, play and perform), dancing (partner, contact improv, ecstatic), healthy (aka traditional or keto) farm-to-table homemade food, and love my friends, family and community.

I’m physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy and have great personal hygiene, so please be healthy in these areas as well.

I've cuddled professionally as part of coaching people who are going through major life transitions & transformation. I have diverse experience in life and work, and that shows up in how I support others as a coach and Cuddling Professional. I experienced profound grief with the transition/death of my husband in 2017, Mom in 2023, Dad in 2024, so I know how to hold space for people who are facing terminal diagnosis or processing grief.

I have a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology and loved the education, but decided not to be a professional therapist, opting to continue coaching, cuddling, creating/playing music, facilitating and teaching... I love playing music, singing, giving inspirational talks, teaching, coaching and guiding people to heal and reveal the best version of themselves!
