Hello, so I love cuddling because it puts the body at ease, proven to reduce stress and releases all the feel good hormones! I think of anything more relaxing. I won’t tell you my whole life story but I was severely touch deprived as a child. Unfortunately my parents did not like giving hugs or affection but they were still great parents and showed love other ways. As a result, I did not do a lot of hugging or physical touch towards my partners in relationships and it affected them personally. I realized as humans touch is what we actually need even though some may like it more than others, we do need it. Now I need touch and cuddling and it really makes me feel loved and relaxed. Something I didn’t realize due to not receiving the touching as a child. As far as how I cuddle, I like to find out what is comfortable for the other person and go from there. My favorite position is spooning, little or big spoon and face to face holding each other. Well I hope to hear from you soon and get you relaxed and calm.
