With 27 years as a facilitator in the wellness community, I bring deep experience in bodywork and yoga to my work. I offer a calm, grounded, trauma-informed space for platonic connection, co-regulation, and nervous system support.

Sessions are intentional and relaxed, guided by clear communication so you always feel comfortable and in control. This is a space where you can exhale—without pressure, performance, or expectation.

I hold each session with care and presence, creating an environment that is both supportive and structured, where safe connection can be quietly transformative.

Boundaries (Please Read Before Booking):
All sessions are strictly non-sexual
Clothing is required at all times
No touching of breasts, genitals, or any sexual behavior
Boundaries are firm, touch is fully clothed and platonic, and our mutual safety is my priority
Sessions end immediately if any boundary is crossed
