🚙 Travel Fees (based on drive time from Santa Rosa):
• Local / under 20 min — no travel fee
• 20–45 min (Novato, Petaluma, ect) — $30
• 45 min–1.5 hrs (San Rafael, Napa, Vallejo) — $50
• 1.5–2 hrs (SF, Oakland, Berkeley, San Jose) — $100
• 2+ hrs — $150+ (discussed in advance, 2-hour session minimum)

💳 Payment:
Apple Pay or cash preferred
Venmo also accepted
Payment due at the start of each session
Virtual sessions: payment before session begins

⏰ Cancellation Policy:
• 24+ hours notice — free reschedule or full refund
• Under 24 hours — 50% session fee
• No-show — full session fee charged

Travel fees are non-refundable if cancelled under 24 hours
