Before booking a session, please carefully review the following. These are in place to ensure safety, professionalism, and mutual respect for both parties.

📍 Location & Travel Fee
I am located near the border of Los Angeles County and Orange County. A travel fee of $2 per mile will apply to all in-person appointments.

💳 Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.

No deposit = No appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your total session cost.

The remaining balance is due at the start of the session.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle or Cash App.

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A new deposit is required to schedule a new appointment if you cancel or miss your session.

⏱ Rates & Session Duration
Standard session rate: $175/hour, plus applicable travel fees.

Virtual and 30-minute phone consultations are also available for a separate fee.

👕 Dress Code
Casual attire is welcome. Tank tops and shorts are acceptable.

🧼 Hygiene Policy
Please arrive clean and freshly showered.

If hygiene is noticeably poor, the session will be canceled and both the deposit and travel fee will still be charged.

⚖️ Cuddle Session Code of Conduct
Both parties agree to the following:

The sole purpose of this session is platonic cuddling, emotional support, and comfort.

Both parties enter the session willingly and consensually.

The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount at the beginning of the session.

Boundaries must be respected at all times.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

Sexually suggestive comments

Touching outside agreed cuddle areas

Lewd gestures or innuendo

Making the practitioner feel unsafe or uncomfortable

Either party may withdraw consent at any time.

Communication is encouraged throughout the session to maintain comfort and clarity.

If any party violates the agreement, the session will end immediately with no refund.

All interactions and discussions during the session are to remain strictly confidential.

🛑 Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or end a session at my sole discretion, especially if I feel unsafe, disrespected, or uncomfortable.

⚠️ Liability Waiver
By booking and attending a session, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

This is a non-medical, non-therapeutic platonic service.

The provider is not liable for any emotional discomfort or unintended physical discomfort resulting from the session.

There are no guarantees regarding the outcome or emotional benefits of the session.

Both parties affirm they are of legal age to enter into this agreement.
