My occupation is stressful and I decompress and manage depression with exercise, such as run/walking and indoor cycling. I love to hike and an open to hiking companion with post hike cuddle.
Exercise is enough most of the time but I do like to enjoy more traditional relaxation, like spas and cuddling.
