I’m a big fan of cuddling and healing touch! I have worked in the mental health field for 15+ and have been into respectful, platonic cuddling even longer! In my time as a mental health and light worker, I have become fascinated with what healthy touch and connection does for a persons emotional and mental wellbeing - Did you know that hugging for
20seconds can increase your flow of oxytocin and decrease anxiety and stress? My favorite glands are the thymus and pineal and cuddling greatly benefits both of these glands!

• I typically host at my studio space where I also see clients for therapeutic healing work (some of these practices can easily be incorporated into a cuddle session!)

• My studio is located in Webster groves Missouri.
It is private. However, I do share a hallway with other healing arts practitioners.

• I am open to travel to meet you at your home or hotel (limitations apply)

• I am quadruple-vaxxed 💉! My last booster was 11/07/24

•I do not discriminate based on age, sex/gender identification, size, race, ethnicity, or religion, and happy to work with disabilities and neurodivergence (my studio is ♿️ accessible!) However, hygiene is very important! Please be sure to bathe and brush your teeth before our session. 🪥Clothing should also be clean and comfortable. I will always make sure to do the same💕 This will ensure comfortability for both of us

My typical schedule is as follows:
💙Monday: 8a-3p (until 5p w advanced notice)
💜Tuesday: 8a-3p (until 5p w advanced notice)
❤️Wednesday: 8a-9p
Thursday: 8a-9p
🧡Friday: 8a-5p (evening hours with advanced notice)
💛Sat/Sun: Hours by request

💚I'm pretty flexible during most weekday hours and can usually do weekends/after hours by special request.
24-48hrs is requested prior to scheduling
72hrs minimum advanced notice for a special request.
Of course, if you are wanting to book a same day appointment, it never hurts to ask!

I am open to meeting at your place or hotel outside of my scheduled hours with advanced notice

However, schedules can change day to day. Therefore, it is much more efficient if you reach out to me with proposals that include specific dates and times
For example:

💜Can you do 2 hours on Tuesday or
Thursday at noon?
💙Can we meet X/XX/XXXX (specific date) at 1pm for 2hrs.
💚Can you meet for an hour tonight at 5?
💛I would like to do a 1-hour appointment this week at 10 am. I’m good for any day except Monday.

This level of specificity goes a long way toward speeding up the booking process.
