Cuddling isn’t just about physical closeness. Human touch releases powerful feel good chemicals in the body like oxytocin, often called the bonding hormone. It can lower cortisol (the stress hormone), increase serotonin and dopamine, and leave you feeling relaxed, grounded, and emotionally recharged.

Everything others have said is true. MzMarie greeted me with an inviting, warm hug and continued with thoughtful check-ins throughout our time together.

Our time went by far too quickly. However, the feelings of tranquility and enjoyment remained throughout the day. The best way I can describe the experience is "intoxicating." I can't wait to see her again.
