Hello there 😊 Life can be stressful and exhausting. Sometimes all you need is someone to hold or to hold you, to have your back scratched or your head rubbed or just be given a really good squeeze ☺️ I see the value in physical touch and I want to be someone that helps provide that. I am the person my friends go to when they need a hug , their back rubbed or when they need encouraging words to get through the day. Touch is something I am very comfortable with and has always been an important part of my life. I like to start my sessions with a nice welcome hug and then we can go at your pace with what you are comfortable with. I think it’s important to have open communication so we are both comfortable and you are able to fully enjoy our time together.

My friends would describe me as someone who is empathetic, genuine, personable, fun, great at listening and problem solving. I am a very upbeat person and I have been told that I am someone who makes those around me feel relaxed. I love celebrating other peoples success and listening to what is weighing on them. I am passionate about mental health, making people feel loved, traveling and embracing and educating myself on cultures different than my own. Lastly, I love trivia, I am a huge board game lover and I spend a lot of time binge watching tv series/movies.

Had the pleasure of meeting KindAndGentle for a cuddle. She certainly lives up to her name. I would also add the adjectives caring, compassionate, and cuddly. She is very easy to talk to. Our session was a great mix of get to know you conversation as well as a relaxing and close silent cuddle. K@G is a true gem.
