Had an amazing session with this awesome woman. To start off she was kind and patient with me as I stumbled through my introduction. (I am always a little shy and get wordy with my introductions). Her warm heart set the stage for me to relax and be in the moment. She is very perceptive and can pick up on your stress and identifying that I was worried about work and my long hours doing it weight down on my life. And she guided me to focus on living life to the fullest not worrying about appeasing all my bosses/supervisors. She is one of the smartest people I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I would highly recommend her to anyone who is stuck in their head and needing a moment to actually be heard and assured that sometimes slowing down is the best path to take for yourself. I definitely want to see her again some time soon, she was a joy to talk with, is wise beyond her years, and has a warm heart and smile that let's you know someone is there who genuinely cares.

I cannot express enough how amazing of a person Lana is. She is funny, She is welcoming, She is safe, And she is empathetic. It was an amazing and comforting time with her. We had lots of laugh.
