My best friend would describe me as air, or a person that is always ready to feel life. I like to cuddle because I feel the physical release of tension whenever I'm holding onto someone snuggly. There's always that moment, right as your hugging where everything falls away and you feel weightless. Even standing during a hug. And it's a scientific fact that hugging, and cuddling releases the bad chemicals and helps our bodies produce the good chemicals/cells that make us happy/relaxed or at peace.
