Learnandhug

My friends tend to say that they always feel better after we see each other.
Today I was reminded of how much I needed a hug when I was going thru divorce.
Years later, and more milestones later, I still believe that kind respectful closeness resets the nervous system.
I like learning about people, the environment, myself. I lead with curiosity instead of judgment.
