Welcome to this safe space for cuddles! .As a touch-deprived child, I recognize as an adult what many of us could all use more of... platonic, physical connection. Did you know that hugging for 20 seconds can reduce blood pressure and stress and increase happiness and relaxation? Imagine what a whole cuddle session can do!

Are you single and wanting this kind of touch, but only receive it when a relationship? Do you experience feelings of loneliness and miss true connection? Then cuddling may be just the kind of therapeutic session to meet your needs. I work with adults of all ages, abilities, genders and ethnic backgrounds.

My goal is to create a nurturing environment in which you can easily ask for what you want and need. The session is always consensual and guided by you. How do you want to leave the session feeling? What can we do together to achieve that state? I’m happy to guide you in connecting with your body and emotions and discovering what feels best for us both.

Pre pandemic I was working as a Massage Therapist (since 2014). Before that, I worked one on one with adults and children with developmental disabilities. I am a nurturer at heart and understand the power of healing through attention and intention. I also understand the value of being seen and heard and feeling safe to be authentically you. Cuddling is another modality in which I create a therapeutic container of healing through touch and presence.

*I can do a bit of massage during a cuddle session. I am not offering full massage sessions and clothes will remain on. *

Overall, I can offer suggestions, but the session is always led by you. I want you to feel comfortable asking for what you want and I will only do what I’m 100% comfortable doing.
