I tend to softly pet someone while cuddling (arms, back, etc.), hold hands, & I often use non-gendered terms of endearment like honey, or sweetie, but I can refrain if you prefer.
We can cuddle silently, or talk about (almost) whatever you like. We can listen to music, or put on some white noise nature sounds.
