To me, Cuddling is more than just platonic touch. It is about creating a safe space for someone to feel completely accepted as they are. To ask for what they want. To learn to feel into their body for what is a Hell Yes and what is a Hell No. Cuddling is a place that can be completely silent or filled with confessions. It is a place where your nervous system can slow down and co-regulate with a trusted companion. Cuddling is a place to finally relax from the stress of everyday life, or grief, or breakup. I believe Cuddling is also a place where personal growth happens. Where you learn to take care of yourself. Where I am responsible for holding my own boundaries so you can feel safe to ask for what you need, and know that I will take care of myself in the moment so you can focus on your own needs.
