I would love to get to know you over a video/phone call and share some stories together. I provide a safe space during these for you to unwind and chat about whatever is on your mind.

Also providing text sessions - 45AUD for 30 minutes.

Movement and mindfulness are a big part of my life. I teach yoga and am also a dancer, and both practices have shaped the way I connect with others.

Wow had an amazing first session with Lucy. Definitely was great connecting with her and getting to know each other more. Can’t beat good vibes, energy and company. Some people just give off good energy she’s definitely one of those people.
