In my 11 years on Cuddle Comfort I have never left a negative review, until now. I don’t want others to have their time wasted by MaShall11, thus the 1-star karma. She cancelled on me twice this week. Monday she cancelled 1 hour & 40 minutes before our appointment due to a “flat tire.” Today we were supposed to meet at 6pm. She confirmed at 4:18pm. And then not only did she not show, she also didn’t reach out to apologize or explain. At 6:55pm she went on the site to cancel our 6pm appointment. Her comment on the cancellation was, “Didn’t have session.” But she still didn’t message me. I wrote her another message asking what happened and her reply was:
“Accident.
That’s why”
No apology, nothing. MaShall11 wasted my evening with no regret, just another automotive excuse.
That sort of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated on this site. Avoid her or risk having your time wasted.
She is such a sweet and thoughtful person, very kind and just all around wonderful. While cuddling she was very comforting and relaxing, she was also very professional and accommodating. I greatly valued the time we had scheduled together. I absolutely want more cuddle sessions with her, and will be a repeat cuddler. 20 out of 10 stars, would 100% recommend.
