Most friends describe me as warm, sincere, peaceful, positive, angelic, eclectic, healing, kind, open, sensitive, easy going, calm, gentle, creative, spiritual, honest, unique, supportive, considerate, friendly...
I'm an empath, intuitively sensitive to people's needs, also compassionate and kind. I have a peaceful personality, positive energy, I get along easily with people from all backgrounds, religions, professions, ages, gender, classes and ethnicities. I believe everyone deserves acceptance, affection and care.
As an artist, dancer, yoga instructor, I have a keen sensitivity to the physical body; I'm quite health conscious, in good shape, very youthful for my age. I have many eclectic interests and enjoy talking, listening, sharing conversations about a wide range of topics, laughing, music, watching movies, or just being present with someone with no pressure to say anything if they prefer to just enjoy quiet comfort of nurturing cuddles.
I've studied several holistic health modalities including energy healing bodywork systems, meditation, massage + Therapeutic Touch (TT). I believed in the miraculous healing power of touch when shared with the right intent. I love cuddling and feel that physical touch is a vital human need, especially in today's world with increasing isolation, too many people are touch-deprived, not getting enough healthy human contact.
Sternum-to-sternum hugging stimulates the thymus gland, immune system and heart chakra. Hugging reduces cortisol (the stress hormone) for stress release, tension reduction; it promotes neurotransmitter stimulation of neuro-chemicals, mood-boosting happiness / feel-good hormones (DOSE - dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins). Along with all these physical benefits hugging and cuddling can provide spiritual and emotional healing (a sense of unconditional acceptance, trust, human connection, peace, mental relaxation, relief from loneliness and reduces fear and anxiety...).
One of my heroines is the Spiritual Guru “Amma” (aka the “hugging saint”) whose mission is to heal the world, comfort and transform humanity through the power of unconditional loving hugs and embraces.
NOTE: Currently my schedule is extremely limited. I have a full time job working evenings 7 nights a week, 7–9 hours nightly, very demanding physical work, and I may be actually moving out of the area. For that and other personal reasons I will be temporarily pausing my Cuddle Comfort services, not accepting bookings at this time, and am considering closing my account.
