I have personally experienced the massive void in the world for a simple, comforting, nurturing, and refreshing hug, cuddle and spooning. This is the power of returning to child like innocence, being fully present and genuinely connecting with another human soul face to face. I’ve been told that I’m a very empathic person and an excellent listener. It is rewarding to be able to foster a safe sanctuary for people to be observed as they are and fully acknowledged while upholding consent and healthy boundaries which are always in tandem.

I truly love to both give and receive healing touch, hugs and cuddles. Fun fact, it has now actually been scientifically proven that hugs held for a minimum of 20 seconds release oxytocin which can increase feelings of connection, reduce stress, and promote a sense of well-being. I’m looking forward to doing my part to help leave the world a little bit better than I found it one hug and cuddle at a time!
