My friends would describe me as a vivacious and earnest woman. My life work feels very tied to comfort. I hope to provide people of all walks of life with a space to let go, breathe into easy co-regulation. I’ve often been told my presence and how I embody myself gives some people permission to actually be in themselves. My ideal life would be cuddling and scratching heads and backs. I’ve been a personal dementia care giver for a long time now and have found my clients are so calmed by hair brushing and spooning, feeding them ice cream and doing little skin care regiments. I’ve rambled on now, but I would love to meet with you and take it from there.
