My primary love language is Physical Effection, and I understand after feeling abandoned in relationships throughout life, that there are times when you just need to be touched. Whether it's cuddling, holding hands, just being near another person; Free from judgement, free from expectations, just free to be held or hold someone.

Very rarely can you find an instantaneous valve that releases such a gammet of emotions, sometimes so quickly, just one session can pivot your personal direction.

I have two undergraduate degrees, and a masters. I have worked hard for the majority of my life and enjoyed a very blessed life.
I am not saying it's been easy, but sometimes you have to look for the blessings regardless of how difficult things may seem.
